Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

On December 5, participants of an event dedicated to the 120th anniversary of prominent chemist and academician Yusif Mammadaliyev visited the monument to National Leader Heydar Aliyev located in the main square of Nakhchivan city.

Jeyhun Jalilov, the Presidential Representative in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic; Isa Habibbayli, President of ANAS and academician; Firudin Qurbanov, Deputy Minister of Science and Education; Sevda Mammadaliyeva, daughter of academician Yusif Mammadaliyev and corresponding member of ANAS; along with other conference participants laid flowers at the monument and honored the memory of the National Leader.

The participants then took a commemorative photograph in front of the monument.
