International scientific-practical conference “Sustainable priorities of regional tourism” is to be held by the joint organization of Azerbaijan Tourism and Management Universitety and Science Development Fund under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, May 30-31, 2016. The main objective of the conference is to achieve the development of tourism on scientific bases as one of the leading sectors of economy with a dynamic enhancement presently. In the purpose of attaining the comprehensive development of the regions with a wide tourism potential studying the experience of the leading tourism regions and the results of research conducted in this sphere is of great importance in terms of the development of tourism regions existing in our country and in the world and the proper organization of different organizations operating in sectors, as well as promotion of scientific research for scientists and experts specializing in tourism. Lectures in the conference are in the following directions:

Tourism aspect in regional economical development and sustainable development, problems in regional tourism, the position of local self-sufficient in the development of regional tourism and the, role of community- based tourism in the development of regions. tourism development prospects in the regions of Azerbaijan and management practices of the developed tourism regions in the sustainable development of regional tourism, the logistical problems of regional tourism and new marketing trends in regional, tourism development, the role of tourism in the development of cross-cultural communication.

Those who intend to participate at the conference are requested to submit to the organizing committee their appels including following data till april 20, 2016.

In accordance with the program, the organizational committee takes over the selection and inclusion of articles to the program and scientific committee of the conference carries out editing of the articles included in the program abstract ordered according to academic writing rules and references, their number and page numbers should be indicated. The information about the conference is placed on the website of Azerbaijan Tourism and Management Universitety (http://www.tourism.edu.az). The lecturers coming from abroad will be informed about the decision about covering the fees mentioned.
