Baku State University and ANAS launched new project. For this purpose, in cooperation with the ANAS Institute of Control Systems was held seminar "Fields, which are in the final stages of development through the application of nanotechnology to increase the recovery factor of intellectual management system".

At the seminar, the Rector of Baku State University Abel Maharramov noted on the application of nanotechnology research at the university since 2005.

Rector noted that, Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) and Saudi Arabia's King Abdul Aziz, King Research Center carried out cooperation in this direction.

Director of Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, Academician Telman Aliyev noted that, in fields, which are in the final stages in order to increase the oil recovery carried out successful work on development intelligent traffic management system.

Prof. Mohammed Ramazanov informed on works which are carried out at the BSU Nanotechnology Physics lab.

It was noted that, the results of scientific research laboratory works carried out in the past seven years, 150 foreign article, as well as 82 of them was published in journal "Thomson Reuters".

Whole, in the laboratory has been fulfilled the total cost of a $ 7.8 million grant projects during this period.

The seminar also discussed the state program in this direction, the working group was established.
