The traditional palette of artists found a replacement. “Smart” pen that copies using special mobile apps more than 16 million colors and in seconds a color change – the work of the developers of the American company for the production of coloring gadgets.

The idea is that the handle is equipped with a sensor that recognizes color, and microprocessor ARM Cortex M-3, which is after the scanning starts the process of creating inside the handle of ink of the desired color. Actually the cartridges with paint only five: black, white, yellow, blue and red colors.

After determining the desired color by elementary touch it to the scanned object, the ink in the pen are mixed in a certain proportion, and the owner gets the desired hue in the writing device. Interestingly, in addition to coloring the surrounding objects, animate and inanimate nature, clothes, and other items, the handle can choose the color you want using a mobile app right in your phone.

The battery inside the handle allows it to operate continuously for seven hours.
