Director of of ANAS Institute of Cybernetics acad. Telman Aliyev will attend International Investment Arctic Summit on topic “North sea. The Arctic region's transport infrastructure and information system”, February 27 2014.

Within the frame of summit held by support of Arctic Social Academy of Sciences, T. Aliyev expected to deliver lecture on “Noise technologies and monitoring systems of the latent period of transition from technical facilities into the crash” in the round table on “Innovative technologies of life providing in the North”.
