Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

New book titled as “Muhammadamin Darghazade (1854-1925) Selected Works” was published by ANAS Sheki Regional Scientific Center (SRSC). Key goal is to recognize Azerbaijan intelligentsia operated in abroad to the community.

Two scientific works; “Silk beetles” and “Musevver tarifi umem” have been included into the book. Resenting the language of the both works as in original, the book has been added the vocabulary and explanations.

M. Darghazadeh was born in Sheki, educated in Frnace since the age of 6, and then held senior position the second mabeyn in the Ottoman palace and head of Private Sultan's treasury in the reign of Sultan Vahidaddin.

Book designer – director of SRSC, Dr. geology-mineralogy prof. Zakariyya Alizadeh, scientific editor – employee of the center prof. Adalat Tahirzadeh, and transphonoliteration from the Arabic alphabet belongs to employee of ANAS Institute of Manucripts, Brilliant Hajili.
