Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Park Inn Hotel will conduct the first national forum of Azerbaijan Wikipedians on March 10, 10am.

The purpose of the forum is to exchange views on the current state of the information resources in Wikipedia, preparation of the Action Plan on development of the Wikipedia, preparation of a package of proposals for the development of Wikipedia in Azerbaijan, to discuss the problems and their solutions.

Note that, Wikipedia is the world's largest open online encyclopedia. There are more than 30 million encyclopedic articles in 287 languages in this project. Azerbaijani Wikipedia articles is now 98 000.
