ANAS Institute of Manuscripts named after Mohammed Fuzuli hosted an event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Honored Scientist, Professor Jahangir Gahramanov.

Professor Aybaniz Aliyeva-Kangarli, the deputy director of the Institute, shared his memories of the scientist: "Then I worked at the Literature Museum, and our reports were examined by an expert J. Gahramanov. In these short meetings, I felt how caring and kind he was. His memory will always live in our hearts" she noted.

Later Deputy Director of the Institute, Doctor of Philology Pasha Karimov made a report on "Jahangir Gahramanov's life and activity". He highly appreciated C. Gahramanov's contribution to the transformation of Manuscripts into the institution.

Later, Doctor of History Tahira Hasanzadeh's report on "From the study history of Jahangir Gahramanov's heritage" was listened.

Academicians Vasim Mammadaliyev, Mohsun Nagisoylu and others spoke about the scientific and public activities of the scientist, specialists and staff.

Finally, the son of the scientist Elchin Gahramanov expressed his gratitude to organizers and participants of the event.
