Electronic assembly hall of ANAS Literature Institute after Nizami Ganjavi held a meeting with the delegation headed by the President of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, academician Duger Regdel.

At the meeting vice-president of ANAS, director of the institute, academician Isa Habibbeyli told about the history of Azerbaijani-Mongolian literary relations. The scientist stressed the need for cooperation with the Academy of Sciences of Mongolia, not only in the field of literature, but also in other areas related to the humanities and social sciences.

Expressing gratitude for the sincere reception, President of MongoliaAcademy of Sciences, academician Duger Regdel said that, they are interested in organizing and developing scientific relations with scientists and specialists in Azerbaijan.

Later in his speech, director of the Institute of Linguistics after Nasimi ANAS, academician Naghisoylu Mohsun talked about possibilities of cooperation with relevant institutions of Mongolia Academy of Sciences.

At the event also delivered reports head of the department of the National Museum of Azerbaijan History, Professor Ali Rajabli and Ph.D in Philology Ismihan Osmanli.

In conclusion, junior researcher of the Department of Literary Relations of Azerbaijan and Asia of the Literature Institute Lamia Nasirova spoke on research and translation of Mongolian literature in Azerbaijan.
