"Mathematical analysis, differential equations and their applications - MADEA 2018" international scientific conference was held in Kyrgyzstan - Bishkek.

Deputy Director for scientific affairs of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, corresponding member of ANAS Vagif Guliyev took part in the event.

At the plenary session of the conference he delivered a paper on "Functional spaces and integral operators generated by the Schrödinger operator". Scientist also led conference section entitled "Functional and harmonic analysis, and the actual function of a complex variable, integral transformation and interpolation and approximation theory, the theory of concentration".

During the visit, V.Guliyev met with well-known scientists of Serbia, Israel, Ukraine, Turkey, Tajikistan and other countries. Scientific discussions were held.

In addition, during the visit, the scientist visited the Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Manas" and met with the rector of the institution, Professor Sabahetin Balji. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of joint cooperation in the future.
