Provided subparagraph 6.4.1 "Creating a common information base of the Azerbaijani language as the state language" approved by AR President Ilham Aliyev dated April 9, 2013 "On the State Program on the usage of the Azerbaijani language in the context of globalization in accordance with the requirements of the time and development of linguistics in the country."

In order to implement the State Program at ANAS Institute of Linguistics after Nasimi was created the Laboratory of Experimental Phonetic Research headed by PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Gaziyeva Nezaket

Work on phonoscopic investigations used in forensic science, study of voice biometrics, usage of new speech technologies in information security, parametric and hybrid speech synthesis, etc. will caread out here.

Noted that, the decision on the creation of the Laboratory of Experimental Phonetic Research was adopted on October 24 at the joint meeting of the Presidium of ANAS and the Academic Council of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
