Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Our historical flag of the Republic, prepared by M.Emin Rasulzade on the eve of May 28, 1952, is kept in the ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan History. Gulmirza Bagirov keept the flag and brought it to Baku. In 2003, the flag was transferred to the museum.

Flag exhibited at the museum has an important socio-political importance in terms of promoting the republican period and the state flag.
