At the meeting of the Scientific Council on the Problems of Philology discussed 27 topics of the theses

ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijani Literature under the chairmanship of academician Rafael Huseynov  held the 10th meeting of the Academic Council on Philology Issues of the Republican Council for Research Coordination.

The meeting discussed the topics of 29 submitting documents, including 6 doctors and 23 PhDs.

Topics of dissertator of Baku Slavic University Alish Aghamirzayev on “Russian emigration literature in Azerbaijan”, doctoral student of Baku State University Fatima Dursunova on “Realism of socialism in literature of Turkic peoples: poetics and problematics”, a dissertator of the Azerbaijan University of Languages Minahanim Hajiyeva on “Linguistic semiotic and cognitive aspects of manipulative strategy in media discourse” and other works have been aproved without any changes in the names.

Works for PhDs were adopted without any changes: “Lexico-semantic system of folk tales of Oguz Turks”, “Mathematical and statistical methods of research of the Azerbaijani language”, “Linguistic features of the temporal category of the verb”, etc.

It should be noted that, some papers were discussed at previous sessions, and were amended with the necessary recommendations.

Deputy Chairman of the Council, PhD in Philology Askar Rasulov, Professor Aida Gasimova and other members of the Council - Doctor of Philology, Professor Jalil Naghiyev, Bedirkhan Ahmadov, Gazanfar Kazimov, Fahraddin Veysalli, Pasha Karimov, Seyfaddin Rzasoy and others also attended in discussions shared their views and suggestions.

At the meeting, with the introduction of certain changes in the titles of 5 works, 27 topics were approved.
