Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Taking into account Paragraph 19 and 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to ensure application of Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan" On Science" No. 1262-VQD of October 1, 2018, Law I hereby decree:

1. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

1.1. To prepare and submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan proposals on bringing the acts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in line with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan";

1.2. Inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within three months of conforming the normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with this Law;

1.3. keep control over compliance of normative-legal acts of central executive bodies with this Law and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within five months of its implementation;

1.4. to resolve other issues arising from this Law.

2. To determine that the authorities of the relevant executive authority and the body (organization) provided in Article 39.6 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Science" shall be exercised by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

3. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure compliance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan" on normative legal acts and normative acts of central executive bodies and inform the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
