Dear Isa Habibbeyli,
The Federal State Budgetary Institution “Russian Center for Scientific Information” extends its congratulations to you, the staff of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, and the entire scientific community of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the remarkable event-the 80th anniversary of the Academy’s founding and on the occasion of Science Day!
Over the years, the Academy has undergone several significant stages of development, evolving from the Azerbaijan division of the Transcaucasian branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Azerbaijan branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences into the Academy of Sciences of the Azerbaijan SSR, and later into the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences is the highest state institution implementing scientific and scientific-technical policy. It is the main intellectual and expert center responsible for conducting and coordinating scientific research. The Academy unites the country’s leading scientific institutions, plays an important role in determining the country’s development directions and specific development paths, and forms the modern system for generating scientific knowledge and innovations.
The Academy makes invaluable contributions to the training of highly qualified scientific personnel. By engaging talented youth in science, the Academy ensures the continuity of scientific generations and the stable, dynamic development of science in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences fully supported and continues to support the development of science, international scientific cooperation, the strengthening of scientific relations and the expansion of cooperation between scientists of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation. We are sure that the fruitful partnership between Russian and Azerbaijani scientists will help address modern challenges and successfully solve the numerous scientific issues facing our countries.
We wish you and the entire staff of the Academy continued growth and prosperity, creative inspiration, many new achievements, and success in reaching your goals.
Wishing you strong health, peace, and well-being!
