Scientific employee of ANAS Shamakhy Astrophysical Observatory named after Nasiraddin Tusi, Ph.D. in physics Fahranda Alimardanova became the winner of the project of “Modern methods of statistical data processing on photometry and spectroscopy in physics” which is carried out by United States educational center “CIES” under the program “Fulbright Visiting Scholar”.

Within this program F.Alimardanova will pass the academic training at University of North Carolina to the end of March 2015.

Note that F.Alimardanova took part in the international conference «EWASS 2014: European Week of Astronomy and Space Science», which was held in Geneva (Switzerland). At conference F.Alimardanova made report on “Planet formation processes in the young Solar-type stars”.
