At the Institute of Petrochemical Processes (IPP) named after Academician Y.Mammadaliyev a meeting was held with the representatives of ANAS High Technologies Park.

The main purpose of the meeting was the discussion of innovative projects.

Nazim Shukurov, PhD in economics said that the enterprise was established in accordance with the relevant decree of President Ilham Aliyev to promote sustainable development of the economy, increase competitiveness, innovation based on modern scientific and technological achievements and to expand hi-tech areas.

Academician Vagif Abbasov, director of IPP, said that 90% of the patented scientific research works at the institute were applied and commercialized in practice and production.

During the meeting a number of innovative projects were presented by the scientists of the institute, the issues of economic, scientific and technical cooperation between the two organizations were discussed.

It was noted that the innovative results obtained from the scientific research works carried out at IPP are tested at "Inkor" LLC and applied in the relevant fields. During the discussions, it was emphasized that "Inkor" LLC has the intention of obtaining a status of residence in the HT Park.
