Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The book "Dialectics in Literature" by PhD in philology Kubra Guliyeva, leading researcher of the Azerbaijan Dialectology Department of ANAS Institute of Linguistics after Nasimi has been published.

The editor of the edition is people’s poet Fikrat Goja and PhD in Philology Kifayat Imamguliyeva, reviewers Professor Maharram Mammadli, PhDs in Philology Guntekin Binnatova and Qudsiyya Gambarova.

The dictionary contains more than 2,200 words and expressions that are only spoken in colloquial terms and are not used in the Azerbaijani literary language.

The book is important for studying language history, exploring a number of ancient roots, compiling ethical and etymological dictionaries, as well as enriching dialectological dictionaries, lexical base of language.
