Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

An agreement on cooperation was signed between the Institute of Manuscripts named after M.Fuzuli and International Turkic-Gazakh University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasavi on February 21.

Academician-secretary of Humanitarian Sciences Division, director of the institute, academician Teymur Karimli noted the important role of science and education in the modern world. He emphasized that President Ilham Aliyev attached great importance to the development of this sphere.

Academician T. Kerimli also spoke on the activities of the Institute of Manuscripts, international relations and scientific research carried out at the enterprise.

Later, Professor Musa Yildiz, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International Turkic-Gazakh University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasevi talked about the activity of the company and emphasized the importance of scientific cooperation.

Later, an agreement was signed between the Institute of Manuscripts and the International Turkic-Gazakh University.

The document explores and propagates the Turkic-language books, which are considered as the common cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples, as well as the ancient manuscripts and old printed books, exchange of scientific and cultural experiences between the two institutions.
