Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Guided by Point 23, article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

To award Fazil Samad oglu Gurbanov the "Shohrat" Order for merits in the development of  scientific ties between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation and fruitful diaspora activities.
