Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Chief of International relations, information and coordination department of the Institute of Genetic Resources of ANAS Afig Mammadov was on a trip to Prague (Czech) for 5 days.

He represented Azerbaijan in an assembly of Documentation and Information Working Group of the European Cooperative Programme for Plant Genetic Resources (ECPGR) which organized by the Institute of International Biodiversity as well as in an international workshop dedicated to inventory problems of Plant Genetic Resources. Development prospects for PGR in Europe were discussed and approved for next years.
