Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

The textbook “Vətən dili” (“Language of the Motherland”) edited by ANAS Institute of Manuscripts after M.Fizuli, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Vugar Garadaghli. Scientific editors of the book are academicians Vasim Mammadaliyev and Tofik Hajiyev.

The authors of the book are two outstanding enlighteners, teachers and methodologists of Azerbaijan - Alexey Chernyaevsky (1840-1894) and Safarali Bey Valibekov (1856-1902).

The publication, which is the 1st textbook on the native language in Azerbaijan, is divided into 2 parts. Vugar Garadaghli is also the author of transfonering text, prefaces, explanations, more than 3,400 fields, and a dictionary whis is from 10,000 words and up to 40 tables.
