Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Researcher of the Institute of Terrestrial Magnetism, Ionosphere and Radio Wave Propagation, PhD in Physics and Mathematics Maria Raulckaya and Yelizaveta Khramova visited the Institute of Radiation Problems (IRP) of ANAS.

At the meeting with the Director of the Institute, correspondent member of ANAS Oktay Samadov, the guests were informed about the history, scientific directions and achievements of the enterprise.

Later on, M.Raulckaya and Y. Khramova highly evaluated the process of splitting oil and its various fractions under the influence of sun rays, as well as studies on the effects of radioactive rays on the atmosphere. Russian scientists stressed the necessity of signing a cooperation agreement between the two organizations on joint research.

The guests then got acquainted with the IRP laboratories and also discussed a wide range of issues related to scientific research.
