Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Director of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS, PhD in Physics Elman Yusifov visited the Institute of Plant and Animal Ecology of the Russian Academy of Sciences to study the comparative analysis of the biological diversity of the Azerbaijani territories, the hydrophosphate of the Caspian Basin rivers and to sign a joint cooperation agreement with the Ural circle.

During the business trip, there were some proposals on “Analysis of the fauna composition of mammals in different forest cover in the Caucasus and Ural Mountains and search for factors affecting the diversity of fauna” and “Intrinsic structure of mammals in the Caucasus and Ural mountain ecosystems” directions.
