Employees of the Electron Spectroscopy of Semiconductors laboratory of the Institute of Physics - Doctor in Physics and Mathematics Nadir Abdullayev and Research Fellow Khayala Aligulieva has been to St. Petersburg, Russia.

The purpose of the official journey was to attend “Physics of dielectrics” XIII international conference at Russian State Pedagogical University named after A.I.Gerchen.

The five-day conference was attended by the representatives of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Germany, Brazil and other countries.
