Employees of Institute of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry of ANAS in a spring and summer season according to a certain thematic plan continued research works. Field researches covered the following regions of the country - Shirvan, Guba-Khachmaz, Ganja-Gazakh, Lankaran-Astara, Kura-Araz (Apsheron Agdash Agdjabedi, Aksu, Astara, Balakian, Bilasuvar Dashkesan Goychay, Imishli, Ismayilli, Masalli, etc.), Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The researchers conducted by staff of institute were devoted to studying, rational use, protection, an ecological assessment of soil and water resources in the conditions of agrarian economy, and also to the solution of problems of development of scientific methodology of genesis, distribution and an agroecological assessment of soils, restoration, increase and preservation of fertility, meliorative actions in saline conditions. Agrochemical researches are also devoted to improvement of regional system of fertilizer and rational use of organic waste in soil and vegetable system. The conducted researches will create opportunity to receive important results in the direction of development of the relevant system of protection and effective system of fertilizer, and also rational use of organic waste by studying of regularities of natural and anthropogenic changes which can occur in connection with the expected global climatic changes in the soils which are in agricultural use.
