Associates of ANAS Institute of Geography led by PhD in agrarian sciences chief of Ecogeography department Anvar Aliyev were in expedition related to research of intensive assimilated north-eastern part of Great Caucasus, and man-made contaminated north-eastern slope of Small Caucasus.
Expedition members have gathered initial information on previous and the current state of man-made landscapes of Small Caucasus (in the example of Gadabay and Dashkasan regions) and their natural habitats and fields, as well as damage to the natural landscape.
