Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

A conference on "IX international transport problems" was held in Katowice, Poland.

At the event attended by more than 90 scientists and researchers from 23 countries, our country was represented by Director of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, academician Telman Aliyev. At the plenary session of the academic conference, he delivered a lecture on "The possibilities of using noise technologies in ensuring the safety of rail transport in seismic active zones" and informed about the results of the institute's noise monitoring technology and its application in industry.

Academician also met with Alexander Sladkovski, professor of Polish Silesian Technical University, Professor of the Ruse University of Bulgaria - Velizara Pencheva and Rosen Ivanov, Professor of the Russian Transport University Valentina Tarasova, Professor of Magnitogorsk State Technical University Alexander Rakhmankulov and others.
