Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On July 4, 2019 at the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art will be held the opening ceremony of the exhibition "10th Anniversary of Azerbaijan-France Joint Archaeological Surveys".

The organizers of the exhibition are the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Embassy of French Republic in Azerbaijan, French Institute of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, French National Research Center (FNRC), Azerbaijan National Art Museum, Arceo Service, Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), “Azercosmos”, Hillside Premium.

The opening ceremony will be attended by archeologists from both countries during the 10 years as a result of joint archaeological excavations conducted in various regions of Azerbaijan (Tovuz, Aghstafa, Lankaran, Lerik and Nakhchivan) on Neolithic, Chalcolithic, Bronze, Antique Periods.
