Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS) have reached an agreement for the expansion of ties. For the purpose, president of ANAS, academician Akif Alizadeh, president of the RANS academician Oleg Kuznetsov signed an agreement on cooperation.

The agreement includes joint researches on natural and social sciences, joint cooperation in the field of personnel training, as well as joint conferences, seminars and other organizational issues, exchange of information and research is the field of technology.

Note that, nearly 20 scientists, including academicians - Akif Alizadeh, Arif Pashayev, Ibrahim Guliyev, Akif Hajiyev, Ahliman Əmiraslanov are foreign members of RANS.
