Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Director of ANAS Institute of Economy, Professor Nazim Imanov and head of Department of the Institute, PhD in Economy, associate professor Rufat Efendiyev attended the closed meeting of the Preparatory Committee for the establishment of the International Silk Road Academy in China.

The event was held as part of the Eurasian Economic Forum, which was attended by delegates from 54 countries.

Speaking at the meeting, N.Imanov said that, Azerbaijan supports the creation of the International Silk Road Academy and will support ANAS activities in this direction. Then, he shared his views on the mission, organizational structure, principles of management and the rules of financing the academy.

At the end of the meeting, were held discussions and responded to the questions.
