According to the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Manuscripts named after Muhammad Fuzuli of ANAS and Bibliographic Research Department of Baku State University, the first book "Ali bey Huseynzadeh - bibliographic monograph" was published.

The author of the monograph is Vazufa Khudiyeva, an employee of the Department of Bibliographic Research of BSU, PhD student of the Institute of Manuscripts. Scientific editors and consultants of the publication are Deputy Director of Science at the Institute of Manuscripts, Doctor of Philology Aybaniz Aliyeva - Kangarli and PhD in Pedagogy Nadir Ismayilov.

This work, dedicated to the well-known educator and writer Ali Bey Huseynzadeh, one of the most prominent representatives of the history of Azerbaijan-Turkey public opinion of the XX century, is the first bibliographic monograph reflecting the life, scientific, pedagogical, social - political and organizational activities of the scientist. The book reflects the facts of the thinker's activities from 1890 to 2019. The publication lists 1396 sources as well as valuable materials stored in Turkish archives - manuscripts, letters, and archival documents.

The bibliographic monograph consists of nine sections. Here include biographical information about Ali bey Huseynzadeh, bibliography of the writer's scientific works, opinions and comments of well-known public officials, scientists and cultural figures, as well as other documents.
