An online meeting of the Department of Folklore and Written Literature of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS was held. The meeting was opened by the head department, corresponding member of ANAS Kamran Aliyev, who brought all the employees of the department to the live connection and brought to the attention of the issues on the agenda.

K. Aliyev informed about the importance of the instructions and tasks of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in the fight against coronavirus, the topical issues raised in his speeches.

Then the newly published books of the department employees were presented. Professor Jalal Gasimov's book "The First Turkological Congress: Witnesses and Martyrs" and PhD in Philology Sevinj Aliyeva provided information about the monograph "Tales and fables about animals".

Then the opinions of the department employees about the books were listened.

During the online meeting, the quarterly reports of doctoral students Fidan Gasimova, Aynur Ibrahimova and Aytaj Abbasova have been listened and considered advisable.
