Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On May 18, the international online conference “Museums for Equality: Diversity and Inclusion” was held, dedicated to the International Museum Day.

The event was held with the organizational support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Aarbaijan and the Azerbaijan National Committee of the International Council of Museums (ICOM). The conference was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture, corresponding member of ANAS Sevda Mammadaliyev, museum directors, foreign experts, etc.

The director of the National Museum of the Azerbaijan History of ANAS, academician Naila Velikhanli also spoke at the online conference on the projects that are being implemented in museums for visitors with physical disabilities.
