Deputy Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies of ABAS corresponding member of ANAS Shahin Mustafayev attended the International Conference “History and culture of the Muslim peoples of the Black Sea region”, held November 4-5, 2014 in Bucharest Romania. In the event, organized by the University of Babes-Bolyai (Romania) and the Center for Islamic History, Art and Culture, S. Mustafayev delivered a lecture on “The history and culture of Islam in the Caucasus.”
