The article “The Use of Nanoparticles for the Effective Delivery of the CRISPR / Cas9 System” in collaboration with the employee of the Institute of Radiation Problems of ANAS, Professor Rovshan Halilov, was published in the international journal “Nano Today”.

Note that the “Nano Today” journal, whose impact factor is 16,582, is one of the world's leading publications in the field of nanotechnology.

The article is the result of international cooperation of researchers from Iran, the USA, Turkey, Japan and Azerbaijan and is the first publication of Azerbaijani scientists in “Nano Today”.

The study discusses the role of CRISPR genome regulation technology in genome engineering in recent years, as well as the use of the CRISPR system as a powerful, efficient and accurate tool for editing the genome.
