Corresponding member of ANAS Salahaddin Khalilov attended the “Civilization and culture” conference at Istanbul 29 Mayis University, Turkey.

In the event, S. Khalilov dealt with the necessity of new philosophical approach for issues of philosophy and culture by analyzing classical opinions after the philosophy of Kant. As a result of researches in this field he put forward new culturological concept.
