Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

By joint organization of Science Development Fund under President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Communication and Hi-Technologies, “Kempinski Hotel Badamdar” hosted for assembly of the Working group of Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSECO) for cooperation in science and technology.

Event brought together experts from BSECO membership countries, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Moldova, and Ukraine, as well as management of Permanent Secretariat of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation which locates in Istanbul, delegates of Parliament Assembly of the Organization, International Centre for Black Sea Studies in Greece, and embassies of the member states in Baku.

Reporting in the event executive director of the Fund Elchin Babayev informed about main objective.

Plans and declaration that to be discussed in the two days assembly will be submitted to the general assembly of ministries of science and technology of the relevant countries on December 3, 2014.

Note that, two and four year Action Plans for cooperation of science and technology, Declaration and proper documents will be discussed.
