Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Academician-Secretary of the Department of Chemistry, Director of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry academician Dilgam Tagiyev was on a scientific mission in Spain. Purpose of the trip was to discuss joint research and exchange of views on further research projects.

An agreement on scientific cooperation signed between academic D.Tagiev and Professor Pedro Echenique, president of the Donostia International Physics Centre (Kingdom of Spain). The agreement reflected such issues as the use of topological insulators layered structure and new inorganic substances to be synthesized at the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry of ANAS, as well as the implementation of joint projects, publication of articles, etc.
