The employees of the Institute of Information Technology have signed a petition on the imposition of US sanctions on Armenia

A petition on US sanctions against Armenia has been opened in the "We the People" section of the White House's official website. The petition states that Armenia has violated the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, occupied Nagorno-Karabakh and surrounding areas.

Numerous employees of the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS joined this appeal and signed a petition in support of the US sanctions against Armenia.

The petition also states that Armenia has not complied with the UN Security Council resolutions on the unconditional liberation of Azerbaijani territories. At the same time, it was noted that Armenia violates the rules of the Hague Convention and launches rockets at civilians in Ganja, Tartar, Khizi and Barda. As a result of Armenian targeting of civilians since September 27, 41 people were killed and 205 were injured.

The appeal called for trade sanctions and military embargo against Armenia.
