Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The modern period of Azerbaijan - about 50 years - is associated with Heydar Aliyev, the great leader, statesman, perfect strategic politician, and phenomenal personality. In the 60s of the XX century, on the way from the privacy agencies to the supreme leader of the republic, the Karabakh issue was on the agenda in his fateful life, extinguished as a result of the great leader's principles, and the national interests of the Azerbaijani people were considered dominant.
