Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Samid Bagirov, a researcher at the Department of History and Economy of Arab Countries of the Institute of Oriental Studies named after Academician Ziya Bunyadov of ANAS, published an article entitled "İkinci Qarabağ müharibəsi fonunda Azərbaycan-Qərb əlaqələri"("Azerbaijan-Western relations against the background of the Second Karabakh War") on the website of the Lebanese newspaper "al-Binaa".

The article notes the negligent attitude of the West, especially the European Union, the European Parliament, the OSCE and the OSCE Minsk Group to Azerbaijan's rightful position on Karabakh, and its pro-armenian policy over the past 30 years.
