Rashid Fataliyev, leading researcher of the Institute of Geography named after academician H.A.Aliyev of ANAS, doctor of philosophy in geology-mineralogy, shared his views on the development prospects of Karabakh.

Saying that he conducted research in Kalbajar and Murovdag 40 years ago and was familiar with those places, the scientist said with pride that a railway line was built to Shusha and an international airport was built in Fizuli.
