In the Plan of measures connected with the announcement of 2013 - Year of information and communication technologies, carrying out training courses and seminars for various groups of the population for increase of knowledge and skills in the field of ICT is provided. In this regard for the purpose of the organization of training courses and seminars for various groups of experts employees of Institute of information technology ANAS - Head of the Department, PhD in engineering Firudin Agayev, senior researcher and programmer Gulara Mamedova and Kenul Dashdemirova were sent on a mission to the Department of Education of Agstafa region. On November 12 the second stage of training courses on the ICT, organized for teachers of informatics and subject teachers was complete. Training courses were conducted in classes of the Heydar Aliyev Center of the Akstafa region, equipped by tne modern computers and the equipment. In trainings the 44 teachers of informatics, and also subject teachers of high comprehensive schools of Akstafa region and villages, and also 25 specialists of institutions took part. Let's note that in conclusion of the project consisting of 3 stages carrying out certification of knowledge by the special test program is provided.
