ANAS Institute of Control Systems held regular assembly of Scientific Council dedicated to 80th anniversary of head lab for Technical Objects Modeling, active member of the International Academy of Engineering, the USSR inventor, laureate of Award on behalf acad. Yusif Mammadaliyev, prof. Mammadkarim Guliyev.

Opening the event director of the event acad. Telman Aliyev informed about his rich life way and creativity. Scientist had brought several concepts to the sphere of process modeling. Based on his proposed idea, has been created SIVS modeling device that allows solving complex equations of mathematical physics, and obtained the copyright certificates for separate portions of the same device, he noted.

T.Aliyev highlighted that, Mammadkarim Guliyev is the first author of “The physical space and systems modeling” monograph over modeling theory in the country published in 1970. His “The modeling of non-stationary processes” and “Analog modeling and its application” monographs occupies decent place among the scientific editions.

M.Guliyev was granted to Award on behalf acad. Yusif Mammadaliyev in 1993. He became corresponding member of International Academy of Engineering in 1994 and active member in 2002 for “Information systems, computing and electronic appliances, and telecommunications”. In the same year was awarded with a medal of “Inventor of the USSR”.

Deputy Director of the institute for general affairs PhD in engineering Rauf Gadimov, head of Fuzzy economics laboratory prof. Gorkhmaz Imanov, head department for International relations and Innovation PhD in engineering Tofig Babayev, head laboratory for Numerical methods of decision-making in deterministic systems prof. Kamil Ayda-zadeh and others characterized the scientist not only as a scientist but also a great figure.

Finally M. Guliyev expressed his gratitude to the event organizers and attendees for addressing congratulations.
