Vahid Farzaliyev, PhD in Biology, Deputy Director of ANAS Central Botanic Garden for scientific affairs, who was invited to the 3rd congress of the Botanic Gardens Council of the CIS countries, Academy of International Association, delivered a report.

Committees of the Botanic Gardens Council of the CIS countries for rare and endangered plants, landscape architecture and phitodesign, invasive species and biotechnology over individual states presented their reports in the congress. The Council also adopted a resolution on future plans.
