Research works carried out within the framework of “The new generation solar cells” project by 

Matanat Mehrabova

, PhD in physics-math chief of “International projects and information” department of theInstitute of Radiation Problems of ANAS.

The goal of the project is to create high effective, based on Cd1-xMnxTe thin layers, small size, radiation and temperature resistant solar cells.

The project was deserved to the second place in the “STEP “competition held by U.S “Civil research development” fund and Azercell.
