This issue of the journal submits all specialties accepting applications to master studies of the country's higher educational institutions and Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. Applications have been developed in Azerbaijani and Russian languages.

After getting this journal, each bachelor should carefully review “master’s degree specialization selection schedule" and define the exam admission program for the second stage. Bachelors may be familiar with the screening schedule of qualifications appropriate to their bachelor specializations, learn the program number and specialization, including minimum score required for the selection.

Depending on the results of the first stage of entrance examinations each bachelor should choose specialization of its right according to their wish and prepare for the second round based on the relevant program.

This issue of the journal informs undergraduate students who wish to choose specializations in journalism and aptitude test for bachelors appealed to master's specializations of ANAS. Requirements for bachelors' written answers to written exam entrance examinations are reflected in this edition as well.
