Meeting was held among directory of ANAS Scientific Innovations Center (SIC), members of Young Scientists and Specialists Council and delegates of Student Youth Organizations' Union (SYOU).

SYOU has been represented by director of Department of Science and Education Aziza Najafova and Rasim Abdurahmanov.
