Russian State Archive of Socio-Political History will host the VI International Conference of Young Scientists and Specialists " Klio -2016", to be carried out on 6-8 April 2016 in Moscow.

"Klio. Historical documents and actual problems of Archeology, archival science and Source Studies. Modern and contemporary times of the Russian and world history" conference is an open platform for discussion of a wide range of topical scientific issues by young scientists in the humanities.

Due to the fact that 2016 declared the Year of Multiculturalism in Azerbaijan, recognizing the need for cooperation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan in the humanitarian sphere, the organizing committee of the conference " Klio" invited the Director of the Center for Acquisition and Systematization of Scientific Heritage of Azerbaijan, Doctor of History Sciences Zemfira Hajiyeva will delivered a topic "Assistance of Azerbaijan to refugee children from Spain during the Civil War of 1936-1939 as a unique model of tolerance, humanism and multiculturalism”, which will demonstrate a unique historical documentary - the Soviet government assistance to Spain during the Civil War of 1936-1939 and relocation of Spanish refugee children to Azerbaijan on the ship "Felix Jerjinsky".
